Pavel Zamorev built the Closyfy app (also listed as Closyfy – color analysis) as a freemium service. This page describes how we collect, use, store, share, and retain personal information when you use the app.
By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. We use personal information only to provide and improve the Service, and we do not sell your data. We share information only as described below.
Closyfy does not require registration, email, phone number, or your name to use the app. You can start using the Service immediately. On first launch we create an anonymous technical session (Firebase Authentication anonymous sign-in) so your wardrobe and optional analyses can be saved under a random user identifier. This is not a traditional registered account. Optional Sign in with Apple or Google is available only if you choose to link that session for backup or cross-device access.
Depending on how you use Closyfy, we may collect:
Some data is stored on your device temporarily; account-linked data and photos you submit for analysis are stored on our servers as described in Sections 2–5.
Face data means a photograph of your face (a selfie) that you voluntarily take with the camera or select from your photo library when you use the Color Type feature in your profile or style analysis flow.

We do not use face data for advertising, selling data to third parties, identity verification, or unlocking your account.

We keep your selfie and color-type results until you remove them in the app (e.g. by clearing or replacing the analysis in your profile) or until you ask us to delete your account. If you contact us to delete your account or specific data, we will delete associated Firestore records and request removal of stored image files within 30 days.
The Silhouette feature uses a full-body photo you provide (not face data) to suggest proportions and silhouettes. That photo is uploaded and stored similarly to Section 2 (our servers, Firebase, n8n workflow, and OpenAI for analysis). Retention follows the same rules as in Section 2.
Photos of clothing, outfits, collages, and looks you add to your wardrobe are uploaded to our storage and may be processed by our AI services to describe items, suggest combinations, or analyze outfits. These photos are linked to your account until you delete the item or your account.
We retain account and content data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You can delete individual items and style-analysis results in the app where the UI allows it. To delete your entire account and associated photos and analysis, contact us at appstore_support@moigardorob.ru. We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
When you use the Service, we may collect diagnostic and usage information (device type, OS version, app version, IP address, timestamps, error logs) through Firebase and our analytics pipeline to fix bugs and understand feature use.

These providers are contractually limited to performing services for us and must protect your information. We do not allow them to use your photos or face data for their own advertising or unrelated purposes.
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate the Service, provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services, or assist us in analyzing how the Service is used. They have access to personal information only to perform these tasks and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service may contain links to other sites (e.g. shopping links, help articles). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third-party sites.
The Service is not directed at anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page. You are advised to review this page periodically for changes.
